  • 1/4 cup xylitol

  • 2 tbsp organic olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1 large organic onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 3 organic garlic gloves, thinly sliced

  • 1 (28-ounce) can organic diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups organic chicken stock

Heat the olive oil and butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and salt; cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
